Winter Beauty

Photography is my relaxing hobby and provides me with inspiration about the beauty that surrounds each and every one of us, never take it for granted! If you like my photos please comment and let me know what I need to do to improve myself, definitely room for that....

WOW a good angle. Beautifully .. really good photo, if I must coma with no criticism, I would, therefore, I cut the right corner a bit so that the building which was removed. Fast it is beautiful as it is, do not forget it .. :) Well done

Denise, what I like best about this shot is the color palette, the shadows, and the fact that the ice seems to be melting off the branches at the very moment of seeing it! How totally cool. The lens flare is intriguing, it did not leave a trail. Thanks Denise!

Wasn't this fantastic!! (Not if you had to drive in it)...Love this image ... with the close up branches and the distant objects. Everything is just glistening. The sun didn't come out this much at my house...it peeked through a little and then more clouds came.Beautiful capture, Denise!! :)

@Mary: Hi Mary, Actually I took this photo last year around this time on a snow /ice day off from school, it was just coincidental that I posted it on this date as I put it on 1 1/2 weeks ago.... Thanks for the comment though, it is agian, one of my hsuband's favorite shots from the old camera.

Very brave shooting into the light like this . . but the effect is fantastic ! The light captured in the icicles and those wonderful shadows reaching toward you . . what a beauty.

I'm glad you left the near branches in view, IMO they make the shot, with the ice hanging off each one.
I also like the contrast of the bright sun.
